Senior Full-Stack Developer

About This Role:

As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be the voice of Spaceion to our customers and the voice of our customers to Spaceion. This role is perfect for someone who genuinely loves helping people, solving problems, and building relationships. You'll guide customers through onboarding, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities to help them get maximum value from our platform. Success in this role means being proactive, empathetic, and resourceful—you'll need to understand both the technical aspects of our product and the business challenges our customers face.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard new customers with comprehensive training sessions and product walkthroughs

• Provide exceptional support via email, live chat, and video calls across multiple time zones

• Build strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates

• Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing customer base

• Create and maintain help documentation, video tutorials, and knowledge base articles

• Gather, analyze, and communicate customer feedback to product and engineering teams

• Track customer health metrics and proactively address at-risk accounts

• Collaborate with sales team on smooth handoffs and account transitions
