Product Designer

About This Role: We're seeking a Product Designer who can transform complex problems into elegant, intuitive user experiences. In this role, you'll own the design process from initial research through final implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams to create products that users love. You'll balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints while pushing the boundaries of what's possible. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on ambiguity, asks the right questions, and can advocate passionately for users while collaborating effectively with engineers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design

• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions

• Create and maintain comprehensive design systems that ensure consistency across products

• Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms with pixel-perfect attention to detail

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and quality implementation

• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels

• Iterate rapidly based on user feedback and data insights

• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning with design perspective
