Data Analyst

About This Role: Data drives every decision at Spaceion, and as our Data Analyst, you'll be the person turning raw numbers into actionable insights. This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between technical analysis and business strategy—you'll need to understand SQL and statistics, but also communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders. You'll work across departments, from product to marketing to finance, helping teams make better decisions through data. Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to uncover trends and insights

• Build interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to define KPIs and success metrics

• Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to support strategic initiatives

• Conduct A/B tests and experimentation to optimize product features and campaigns

• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across multiple systems and sources

• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations

• Partner with engineering on data pipeline development and warehouse optimization
